Discovery & brand

A kickoff call with your named consultant. You upload existing documents, logo, and website. We match one of six design systems to your firm - Classic, Sidebar, Hero, Editorial, Landscape, or Cards - produce a brand proof, and revise until you sign it off. Only then do we begin on documents.

Templates in proof

We build your document suite - five Report Forge document types plus one branded static (Welcome Pack, Client Agreement, or similar). Each is proofed and revised with you until every page is signed off. Extras priced per document.

Portal & website

Your branded Document Vault launches on your domain. Professional Plus adds a firm website in one of three templates. The entire surface your client touches - branded, configured, and live.

Upload a fact find, ATR, and meeting notes. Our AI engine produces every section using your templates, your compliance language, and your client's live data. FCA-aligned, Consumer-Duty-ready.
