Website visitors: We collect your name, email address, firm name, and firm size when you submit a form on our website. We also collect standard analytics data including pages visited, referring source, and device type.

Platform users: When you use Gild to generate reports, we process client data provided by your firm's connected systems. This data is processed solely to generate the documents you request.

Website form submissions are used to respond to your enquiry, arrange demonstrations, and send requested sample reports. We will not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.

Client data processed through the platform is used exclusively to generate the suitability reports and documents you request. It is never used for model training, analytics, marketing, or any other purpose.

All data is processed and stored within UK-based data centres. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Access to client data is restricted to authorised systems and personnel only.

Website enquiry data is retained for 24 months from the date of submission, unless you request earlier deletion. Client data processed for report generation is not retained beyond the generation session unless your firm opts for document storage. On cancellation, all data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
